Welcome to our luxury wax melts shipping information section. We believe in transparency and aim to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner, securely packaged to preserve the integrity of our exquisite wax melts.

please note, As our wax melts are individually poured in small handmade batches, we aim to have your order made and dispatched within the timeframe of seven working days. Often this is before. If you are in a hurry for your order, please feel free to contact us directly. we use royal mail to fulfil our shipments and use a flat rate of shipping. There are two options of postage to choose from, 1st or 2nd class.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to to contact us within 14 days of receiving your product on hello@thespiritofwhitby.co.uk 


Please note, we do not offer refunds if you simply do not like the fragrance as this is completely subjective. If you are unsure of which fragrance to purchase, please read the descriptions. Alternatively we have our wax melts for sale in Whitby library, where you can smell all of our scents and choose your favourites. we also off gift boxes with five of our best sellers, this will give you an opportunity to sample them in a smaller quantity.
